We are writing to inform you of a loss of redundancy affecting your connectivity via Saxon House.
At 12:50 BST today, the London circuit supplied by Lumen (Colt) went down. Service remains up and running via our two remaining links, so you should not be experiencing any disruption at this time.
Our team is currently investigating the cause of the London circuit outage and working to restore it as quickly as possible. Until it is restored, your connection is operating with its usual backup path
