Service Notification, Brief Grid Power Event (No Impact)

Dear Customer,

Earlier today, the quality of power supply from the grid momentarily dropped.

Our UPS systems took over immediately and sustained the full data centre load throughout. No equipment within the building was affected and there was no impact to service.

Our team was alerted instantly by our monitoring systems and investigated. The cause was confirmed as a short drop in grid power quality.

We are continuing to monitor and do not anticipate any recurrence. Should anything change, we will update you accordingly.
