Dear Customer,

We are writing to make you aware of planned emergency maintenance scheduled by our upstream IP Transit provider (GTT) on one of our diverse transit paths into Telehouse London. There is no expected impact to your service, however we want to keep you informed of the temporary reduction in redundancy during the maintenance window.

Duration: Up to 90 minutes within the 2 hour window
Affected Path: Telehouse London (Docklands) - GTT IP Transit


REASON FOR WORK
---------------

GTT are performing emergency maintenance on their IP platform, requiring a Device Reload (card reboot) in line with vendor recommendation, related to an ongoing incident on their network.


IMPACT TO YOUR SERVICE
----------------------

- No service interruption is expected.
- Blynx AIM operates additional diverse IP Transit routes; traffic
will continue to flow via the unaffected path(s).
- During the maintenance window, redundancy on the Telehouse path
will be temporarily reduced.
- Full resiliency will be restored automatically once GTT confirm
completion of the work.
