Planned Network Maintenance — 7th & 8th March 2026

We are writing to inform you of planned network maintenance at our Saxon House data centre facility on the weekend of 7th and 8th March 2026.

What is happening?

We are decommissioning our legacy Juniper routing infrastructure as part of an ongoing programme to modernise and improve the resilience of our core network. During this work, obsolete equipment will be removed from the network, and any services still carried by the legacy platform will be migrated to our new infrastructure.

When?

Maintenance window: Saturday 7th March – Sunday 8th March 2026
Risk window: Saturday 7th March, 20:00 – Sunday 8th March, 08:00

What to expect

No service interruption is expected within the data centre during this maintenance window. However, all network services should be considered at risk for the duration of the risk window.

Customers with connectivity to our Telehouse location should be aware that there may be a brief interruption during the cutover to the new platform. The data centre itself is expected to continue operating normally throughout.

All efforts will be made to keep any disruption to an absolute minimum.

Do I need to do anything?

No action is required on your part. We recommend that you make your technical teams aware of the maintenance window as a precaution.

We are pleased to confirm that the planned network maintenance at our Cheltenham data centre has now been completed successfully.

The majority of the legacy Juniper routing equipment has been decommissioned and services have been migrated to the new platform. The maintenance was completed within the scheduled window.
