<description><![CDATA[{"english":"Dear Customer,\r\n\r\nPlease be advised that Blynx AIM Limited will be carrying out planned maintenance at our Saxon House data centre as detailed below.\r\n\r\nSite: Saxon House Data Centre, Cheltenham\r\nActivity: Annual UPS Battery Test \u2013 UPS A\r\nStart: 14:00 (BST), Friday 8 May 2026\r\nMaintenance Window: 4 hours (expected completion within 2 hours)\r\n\r\nDescription of Works:\r\nAs part of our routine preventative maintenance programme, we will be performing the annual battery test on UPS A. During this activity the battery redundancy will be temporarily disconnected from the UPS system to allow each battery string to be individually tested and verified.\r\n\r\nCustomer Impact:\r\nNo impact to load is expected. Power feed A will remain online and supported by mains power throughout the test. Power feed B redundancy is fully available and unaffected for the duration of the works. Customers operating dual-powered equipment across A and B feeds will retain full redundancy via Power B.\r\n\r\nRisk:\r\nPower on A is not expected to be affected provided mains power remains stable. <description><![CDATA[{"english":"Dear client,\r\n\r\nWe have been notified of network maintenance which will be taking place with our third-party supplier, on the circuit between Saxon House, Cheltenham and Telehouse North, London.\r\n\r\nMaintenance Ref C01729342\r\n\r\nThe service will be at risk for the following period:\r\nStart Time: 07\/05\/2026 22:00\r\nEnd Time: 08\/05\/2026 08:00\r\nService Affecting: estimated up to six hours of outage.\r\n\r\nImpact:\r\nThere will be an impact to services between Cheltenham and London as outlined above. The impact will take place at some point during the timeframe stated above whilst technicians complete the maintenance work.\r\n\r\nThe service outage should only last for up to six hours; however, an ten-hour timeframe has been given in the event of any unforeseen circumstances.\r\n\r\nNo services will be taken down until 00:01\r\n\r\nPlease note that Saxon House benefits from diverse Colt connectivity, which will maintain internet connectivity at the site throughout this maintenance window.\r\n\r\nReason:\r\nThis work is required to replace a fibre joint within the Virgin Media O2 network, ensuring it meets current standards and improves overall network performance and reliability.\r\n\r\nVirgin Media O2 and Blynx AIM would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused by this maintenance.\r\n\r\nKindest regards,\r\nBlynx AIM NOC Team","portuguese-br":"","german":""}]]></description>
